more cakes :)

Well I am starting to figure this out little by little...so here are some more of my cakes I have done over time...it is always a work in progress. As I tell everyone all the time.... "It's a lot of trial and error....mostly error" :) But I learn things the hard way anyways so it works for me!

This is the cake I made for the doctor and nurses after I delivered my sweet little "surro baby". I was a gestational surrogate and for whatever reason I was totally determined to make this ginormous...not to mention heavy cake like 1 week after delivery and take it up to the hospital! They seemed to be glad to have it though :)

long time....no see!

Well it has been a long time since I have been on here and a new friend's blog re-inspired me to try to get this one going again! I am going to try and figure out how to add some random pictures of some cakes I have done...so wish me luck :)

Hello everyone! For those who know me pretty well you know how much I enjoy cake decorating so I have decided to start up my own blog/pictures about my cake adventures! I just finished two cakes this weekend and whew I am tired! I usually end up staying up most of the night working on cakes when I make them but I do enjoy it so it is worth it! I made a Cinderella cake for one of my oldest friends, Becky, for her little girl! I also made a jungle theme baby shower cake. They both turned out cute overall but I think the jungle one could have been better....rarely am I satisfied though :) Well I still have a huge mess in the kitchen from all those cakes so I guess I had better get to it!
